2. When will my Beauty Spy order ship?
Get excited! An awesome spied beauty product is coming your way! Any new order typically ships within 48 hours of order processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
3. Do I qualify for free shipping?
All orders $75 and above will qualify for free shipping in the USA! Orders less than $75 pay one flat rate of $5.95 to ship your order.
4. Do you ship internationally?
The Beauty Spy does offer international shipping. International shipping is available through USPS or DHL.
5. Can I make changes or cancel my order?
We change our minds too, it’s okay! As long as your order has NOT processed you can make changes or cancel your order. If it is past the processing period then you may not change or cancel your order.
6. What is your return policy?
Didn’t #LOVE your products? We would love to offer you a return on any unused, un-opened packages. With the exclusion of face masks and body tools. Due to sanitary reasons, If the label is broken we will not accept your return and will not issue you a refund. If this all sounds good, then send us an email to hello@thebeautyspy.com with your order number and the name of the products you weren’t loving.
Since, our shipping is free, we are unable to pay your return shipping amount.
The beauty Spy will only accept returns that were purchased on our website (www.thebeautyspy.com). Products sold from Amazon or any other third-party stores are not accepted.
7. Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any type of exchanges for any of our products.
8. Can I rush my order?
We understand you can’t wait for your newest spied beauty products, that why we have rush shipping! For just $25 you’ll have your package overnighted for your beauty needs.

Yes, animal testing is banned in South Korea! We are 100% cruelty free
